Do you sit at a desk or spend your day in a vehicle? What about standing at a counter? Do you find that your body is not as flexible as it once was - maybe even a little stiff? Or do you just feel stagnant? Think of how good that morning stretch feels before rising to greet your day! Join me on Wednesday evenings for a full-body stretch class where we will incorporate both static and dynamic stretching activities to loosen up, find balance, and release stress. We will spend 45 minutes on stretching and end with a 15-minute guided meditation for relaxation.
Bring a yoga mat and let's move together!
Dress in comfortable stretchy clothes (socks highly recommended).
