With all that we have faced in 2020 - and now the end of the year brings us intense political discord, the holidays, ongoing uncertainty, and an increase in COVID-19 cases ... It's no wonder we are experiencing increased stress and anxiety. Through meditation, we can begin to release stress, reduce anxiety, and find a centered place of groundedness. 

Join me Tuesday evening for a guided meditation to release, relax, and find a little peace from the comfort of your own home.
