The Illuminated Path: Year 2 - Course 2

In Year 2, we dive deep into the subtle energy anatomy. Class two is on the sacral chakra; we will explore its purpose, what it means to be in balance and how we can strengthen this foundational chakra. From foods to sounds to experiences, our chakra system is impacted. We will learn how to determine if a chakra is blocked or over-functioning, and how to ground and stabilize this foundational aspect of our subtle energy body. 

Embracing our luminous body, we take self-care to a deeper level of understanding. Join us!
