About the event

In Class 8, we deepen our exploration of spirit into our self-care discussion; learning about the energy field in and around our bodies, we will explore the root, heart, and throat chakras, and discuss coping skills when living amidst chaos. Think: compassion. We will work to find flow where there might be resistance in your life and body. Lots to work through for a 2.5-hour session, so join me with an open & receptive mind! 

We have room for 5-7 guests at our shop while adhering to the CDC distancing guidelines, so please email to reserve your seat,  if this is your preference. Otherwise, once registered, you will receive a link to the Zoom classroom.

Within The Illuminated Path, we explore the self, the evolution of your life path, and develop a practice that leads to improvement in all aspects of your journey. This is an opportunity to find the balance for your mind-body-spirit. Fitness, health, spiritual, mental, and emotional well-being … it all matters equally. If one aspect of self is out of balance, it will eventually affect the rest. Let's learn how to find balance and develop healthy boundaries, learn how to say "no" comfortably & without guilt. In each course of the program, we will have multiple components designed specifically for the topic.

*A mind, body, spirit approach to wellness is essential to achieve the fullest sense of well-being. On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate your self-care practice? Are you first or last on your priority list? What practices did you begin over the last few years only to drop after a few weeks or months? Do you feel selfish for taking time for yourself, but often feel overwhelmed, overbooked, overburdened? How would you like to create self-care that leads to greater peace of mind, a sense of satisfaction, a feeling of balance …. 

You are cordially invited to begin this explorational year to develop your self-care practice, without the added guilt! We will devote time and attention to understanding how we arrived at today, determine what balance looks like for us and develop a plan to get "there". Later in the program, we will extend our exploration into the spiritual self. Whether through astrology, numerology or other forms of insight we will locate and enhance our natural flow of internal guidance.
