About the event
Reiki is an energy healing modality that channels Universal Life Force energy to promote stress reduction and relaxation, often resulting in emotional or physical healing. This is a mind-body-spirit based approach to healing. In the level two course, participants will:
- deepen concept of energy principles
- learn hand positions for practice on others
- deepen discussion of the 5 Reiki principles
- receive the level two attunement
- learn symbols and mantras for level two
- extensive practice sessions & discussion
- study materials included in class fee
Dress comfortably and in layers
Consider slippers or socks (shoes removed in practice area)
Snacks & tea/coffee will be provided
To prepare for this class, please ensure that you are practicing Reiki on yourself every day!
Additionally, please prepare your physical body for at least a week prior to class by refraining from any mood-altering substances, drinking lots of water and eating clean.
