About the event

Are you curious about meditation? Do you have an inconsistent practice? Are you having difficulty quieting the mind? This 6-week workshop will assist you to develop your meditation practice to maximize the benefits to heart, mind and soul. Meditation is not just a buzz word; it's an effective method of stress-reduction and health improvements.

Join us on this six-session introduction to meditation where we explore sitting styles, breathing, body scan, techniques to address monkey mind and more. The holiday season is upon us - let's create a practice that will carry you through with grace, ease & calm. After the program, we will hold a weekly group meditation practice.
