The holiday season brings about a time of family, travel, gatherings and memories. But what transpires if we neglect our self-care practice during this busy season? We might begin to accumulate stress that can bring our energy crashing down over us and those we love.
You are lovingly invited to join us for a meditation with crystals to release and renew your spirit. Through guided imagery and sound, you will experience a wondrous journey within to explore, surrender, and refresh all that is you. We will incorporate specific crystals to assist you in this meditation, and to thereafter serve as a reminder & support of your self-care.
