Chakra Belly Dance Classes - a Special Program

We have created a very special belly dance program to feature awakening and connecting with the subtle energy of our chakras. Over a seven-class period, we will explore each of the seven major chakras through the beautiful movement of belly dance. From root to crown, we will learn a graceful chakra dance to be experienced in the program's last class. Join us for this magnificent exploration of our chakra energies in this creative dance.

Jessica East of Shining Star Productions will take us through the basics of belly dance in a seven-week special workshop. Why not work on enhancing those beautiful chakras while enjoying a little fitness, fun and sisterhood!
